As State Climatologist of Ohio, and Assistant Professor, Ag Weather and Climate Field Specialist, Wilson travels around the state, meeting with the farming communities and discussing the new normal. He recommends adopting a process from the Northeast Institute of Applied Climate Science's (NIACSs) Adaptation Workbook. Adaptation is site-specific and requires decision-making at the farm level.
