The Ohio Water Resources Center (WRC) is excited to announce that the First Annual Interdisciplinary Water Research Symposium will be taking place this year! “Diving into water research across OSU – An interdisciplinary symposium” is set to take place November 3, 2023 at Scott Hall (1090 Carmack Rd, Columbus, OH 43210). The symposium is an event organized by students, for students, with the aim of fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange in the field of water resources. This inaugural symposium aims to bring together central Ohio academics, practitioners, and community members interested in water research. This event provides an excellent platform for students to showcase their work and engage with fellow students and faculty members from diverse disciplines.
The symposium will consist of an honorary keynote speaker, student poster session, a career panel, and lightning talks. You may access registration to attend the Symposium. Use the Abstract submission portal for student poster presentations and lightening talks. Abstracts are due October 20th, 2023.
