Mike Estadt serves as the Agriculture and Natural Resources Extension Educator for Pickaway County, Ohio, while Peggy Hall is the Paul L. Wright Chair of Agricultural Law and Director of Ohio State University’s Agricultural & Resource Law Program.

Mike and Peggy will be sharing a train-the-trainer program developed in Ohio to help a cohort of county educators build knowledge in carbon-related topics and soil carbon-enhancing agricultural practices. These educators will, in turn, serve as resources for other Extension professionals in this area. This webinar will also summarize legal considerations for farmers and farmland owners who want to engage in carbon activities, and highlight legal resources to help Extension professionals working with farmers and farmland owners.
