The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA's) National Integrated Drought Information System, the Northeast Regional Climate Center, and NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information are hosting a special drought webinar dedicated to addressing the ongoing drought issues affecting Ohio, West Virginia, and the surrounding Midwest and Mid-Atlantic states.

Webinar speakers will highlight the historical Context and evolution of the ongoing drought, current conditions and Fall 2024 outlooks, wildfire risks and ecological impacts, sectoral impacts and existing resources available to help impacted communities. Participants will have the opportunity to engage and ask questions.
