Despite last week's stretch of rainfall, most of Ohio remains in a drought.

A majority of the state remains under moderate drought conditions, with parts considered as abnormally dry, in severe drought or even extreme drought. Only 3.7% of the Buckeye State falls outside of a dry conditions designation, according to a drought map released Oct. 2.
